Moroccan Chicken with Olives and Preserved Lemons

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup green olives, pitted
- 1/4 cup chopped preserved lemons
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Put in the minced garlic and chopped onion
Saut until the onions are soft
Add cumin, ginger, cinnamon, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the chicken pieces to make them taste better
Put chicken pieces that have been seasoned into the pan and cook them until all sides are browned
Add the chicken broth, mix well, cover, and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked
Add the chopped preserved lemons and green olives and stir them in
