Blueberry Peach Kale Chia Smoothie by Jelly Toast
This Blueberry Peach Kale Chia Smoothie is a tasty and healthy way to start the day. Its a healthy choice for breakfast or a snack because its full of vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe peach, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup chopped kale leaves
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
Place the blueberries, peeled peach, kale leaves, chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey if using into a blender
Blend until all the ingredients are smooth and well combined
If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if needed
