Keto Popsicles
Keto-friendly popsicles made with mixed berries and coconut milk that are tasty and cool. Theyre great for a low-carb treat on a hot day. There is only one net carb in each serving.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
Instructions:
Put powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and coconut milk in a blender
Mix until its smooth
Fill up each Zoku popsicle mold about three quarters of the way to the top with the mixture
In each mold, put a few slices of strawberry, blueberry, or raspberry
Zoku says to put in popsicle sticks and freeze for about 6 to 8 hours, or until firm
Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen
