Dirty Masala Chai Affogato Vegan

Experience the delightful fusion of masala chai and espresso in this vegan-friendly affogato. Creamy spiced ice cream meets the boldness of espresso and the warmth of masala chai for a truly indulgent treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brewed masala chai tea
  • 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 2 shots of espresso
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Crushed vegan ginger snap cookies for garnish optional

Instructions:

Make two cups of masala chai tea and let them cool down while youre away

The vegan vanilla ice cream, almond milk, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, ground ginger, ground cloves, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a blender

Mix until its creamy and smooth

A shot of espresso should be poured over the bottom of each plate

After the coffee is brewed, pour the masala chai tea over it in each glass

Put a big scoop of the spiced vegan ice cream mixture on top of each glass

If you want, you can top it off with crushed vegan ginger snap cookies
