Gluten-Free Dinner Rolls

Delicious and fluffy gluten-free dinner rolls perfect for any occasion. These rolls are easy to make and have a wonderful texture and flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 cup warm milk or dairy-free milk
  • 2 large eggs or egg replacer
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour, yeast, salt, and sugar

Add melted butter, warm milk, eggs, and apple cider vinegar

Mix until well combined

Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour

Preheat the oven to 375F 190C

Grease a muffin tin or line it with parchment paper

Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape each into a ball

Place the dough balls into the prepared muffin tin

Cover with a towel and let rise for an additional 30 minutes

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown

Serve warm and enjoy
