Blue Cheese and Bacon Steak Salad
This Keto-friendly salad combines savory grilled steak with the bold flavors of blue cheese and bacon, making it a satisfying and flavorful meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium steaks such as sirloin or ribeye
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions:
On both sides, season the steaks with salt and black pepper
Over medium-high heat, grill the steaks for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them
Wait five minutes before cutting
Chop up the cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, bacon bits, and red onion slices and put them in a large bowl
Gather the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl
Use a whisk to mix them together
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss it around to cover it all
After letting the steaks rest, cut them up and put them on top of the salad
Serve right away
