Balsamic Brussels Sprouts And Chicken Quinoa Bowls
These Chicken Quinoa and Balsamic Brussels Sprout Bowls are a tasty and healthy keto-friendly meal option. Soft chicken slices, roasted Brussels sprouts, and fluffy quinoa are all mixed together in a tasty bowl and topped with a sour balsamic glaze.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Olive oil, garlic that has been minced, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl
Butter half of the chicken breasts and put them in a baking dish
Follow with the other half of the balsamic mixture
In the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until done
Toss the Brussels sprouts with the rest of the balsamic mixture in a different baking dish
For 20 minutes, roast in the oven until soft
You can serve the cooked quinoa in bowls
Roasted Brussels sprouts and sliced chicken breasts should be put on top
Add fresh parsley on top and serve hot
