Colorful Rainbow Sushi
This colorful rainbow sushi is not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. Its packed with vibrant vegetables and flavors that will delight your taste buds.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 4 nori seaweed sheets
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Soy sauce, for dipping
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the sushi rice
Put rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan and mix them together
Warm it up until the salt and sugar are gone
Allow to cool
Make a border at the top of the cooked rice that you spread out on the nori sheets
On top of the rice, put slices of avocado, cucumber, and bell pepper
Use a bamboo mat to roll sushi up tight
Cut the sushi roll into small pieces that you can easily eat
Soy sauce and pickled ginger should be served with it
